What Shrtly does and how the help centre is organised.

Shrtly turns long web addresses into short links you can share anywhere, adds styled QR codes for print and packaging, and shows you who is clicking.

What you can do

Short links. Paste any web address and get a short, trackable link. On plans that include it you can choose your own custom ending. See Create a short link.
QR codes. Design a QR code for any of your links, with your own colours, shapes and frame. See Create a QR code.
Analytics. See clicks over time, and which devices, browsers, countries and sites send people to your links. See Understand your dashboard.
Teams. Invite colleagues to share one workspace, with permissions for who can create, change or delete things. See Invite team members.

How your account is organised

When you sign up, Shrtly creates a team for you and makes you its owner. Your links, QR codes and analytics belong to the team rather than to you personally, so everyone on the team sees the same workspace.

Your team is on a plan that sets things like how many new links and QR codes you can create each month and how long analytics history is kept. Every plan is described on the pricing page.
