Understand your dashboard
Your dashboard is the overview of everything your team's links are doing. Everyone on the team can view it.
The four numbers
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Links | How many links your team has. |
| QR codes | How many QR codes your team has. |
| Total clicks (all time) | Every click and scan your links have ever received. |
| Clicks in period | Clicks within the time period you've selected. |
Time period
Choose from 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year. The default is 30 days. Longer periods have a lock icon if your plan doesn't keep that much history. Upgrading unlocks them. See Analytics retention.
The charts
- Clicks: a line chart of clicks over the period.
- Devices: mobile, desktop or tablet.
- Browsers: which browsers people use.
- Countries: where visitors are, by country.
If there's nothing yet in a period, a chart says "No click data in this period."
Recent links
The Recent links table shows your most recent links. Use the search box to filter by title or slug, the status menu for active or inactive links, and the Link, Clicks and Status headings to sort. Select a link to open its own analytics: see Link and QR analytics.
Weekly email
Team owners can opt in to a weekly summary email from Team settings. It lists new links, new QR codes and total clicks for the week. It's off by default and goes to the owner.
Quick actions
New link and New QR code at the top of the dashboard take you straight to creating one, if you have the Create permission.
