Plans and limits

Every team is on a plan. Plans differ in what you can create, how long history is kept, and which features you get. The current limits and prices are always on the pricing page, so they're not repeated here.

What plans control

• New links per month and new QR codes per month. These reset at the start of each calendar month.
• Bulk creation: whether you can create links or generate QR codes in bulk, and how many at a time.
• Team size: how many people you can add besides the owner.
• Analytics retention: how much click history is kept.
• Features: custom slugs, editing a link's destination, adding a logo to QR codes, and vector (SVG) download. QR codes on plans without logos carry a small Shrtly wordmark.

Where you can see your plan

Your team's plan name appears at the top of the sidebar, and Billing shows your current plan and the other options.

Free, paid and Enterprise

• Free needs no card.
• Paid plans are billed monthly. See Upgrade, downgrade or cancel.
• Enterprise plans are set up for your company. See Enterprise and custom plans.

Only the team owner can change plan or manage billing.

When you hit a limit

You'll see a message explaining which limit you reached, with an option to upgrade. See Hitting a plan limit.
